Our newest Region One Journals are a hit!  We have guided and blank journals, with a variety of fun covers to suit your Twelve Stepper style.

This year Region One moved all Journal sales to a print-on-demand platform (Amazon KDP). Region one Journals can now be ordered through Amazon only; physical inventory is no longer maintained by Region One. A cost-effective solution to high printing and shipping expenses. 

Our GUIDED journals include prayers and readings from AA and OA literature, plus a list of Self-Will/God's Will characteristics.  Each day includes a page for a morning and evening review, with space for planning meals, gratitude, affirmation, thoughts for the day ahead, and writing.  The second daily page is an evening review, closely following the 11th Step format from the Big Book.  The cover design is the Region One logo with the Spiritual Principles of the Steps on the heart.  Two sizes are available.
 

Our BLANK journals are for free writing and reflection, and offer cover designs meant to remind us of our Twelve Step way of life!  Several designs are available.
